邱甯,主要從事食品蛋白質營養與功能領域的科研和教學工作。承擔完成國家自然科學基金項目2項,農業部公益性行業專項子課題、農業部蛋品加工行業監測預警、湖北省農業供給側結構性改革研究、武漢市科技計劃等項目。發表科研論文50餘篇,其中SCI收錄論文30餘篇。現任國家農産品加工技術研發體系青年工作委員委員,農業部蛋品加工監測預警專家,國家食藥同源産業科技創新聯盟理事,中國畜産品加工研究會會員,兼任湖北文理學院化科院副院長(2017-2019)。
