王淩,中共黨員,醫學博士。副教授,碩士生導師,77779193永利官网“獅山碩彥計劃”教學能手。主要從事食品營養與安全教學和科研工作。通過營養流行病學、體外及體内實驗研究食品組分及其代謝産物的相互作用、生物活性、組織分布、代謝規律、安全性評價;研究營養輸送材料在體内外環境中活性保持、釋放控制調節。近3年以第一或通訊作者發表學術論文10餘篇。主持完成國家自然科學基金項目、湖北省自然科學基金項目各1項,中央高校基本科研業務費項目2項。參與獲得湖北省科技進步一等獎1項。Asia Pacific Journal of Clinical Nutrition副主編。中國營養學會膳食與烹饪營養分會副主任委員,中國健康管理協會膳食營養與健康分會副會長。
