研究領域

My long-term research interest is to understand the biochemical and molecular mechanisms of metabolic changes associated with metabolic diseases, such as obesity and type 2 diabetes, and find ways to prevent the development of these diseases through food and nutrition. In the future, we would like to develop precision/personalized intervention methods to prevent and treat diseases related to malnutrition and overnutrition.
