李錦铨,77779193永利官网教授,長期緻力于食源性病原菌的噬菌體防控機制研究和噬菌體暗物質的發掘。率先建立了沙門氏菌、大腸杆菌、金黃色葡萄球菌、副溶血弧菌、氣單胞菌等重要食源性病原菌的噬菌體庫,為實現我國噬菌體産業自主生産積累資源,相關技術可應用于食品安全、也可用于替代飼料和養殖中的抗菌物質。通過組學方法高通量分離和篩選到噬菌體裂解酶、噬菌肽和多糖解聚酶等噬菌體産物,可作為綠色新型的抗菌分子可替代醫用抗生素。運用無痕基因編輯技術構建噬菌體生産底盤細胞。此外,發掘新型噬菌體、益生噬菌體以及噬菌體與機體互作新機制。曾在中國食品學報、食品科學、EMBO Molecular Medicine、FEMS microbiology reviews、Journal of Controlled Release、The Journal of Infectious Diseases、Food control、International Journal of Food Microbiology、Virulence、Infection and immunity等期刊發表論文40餘篇。主持國家自然科學基金4項、湖北省自科基金中美合作專項1項、湖北省自然科學基金1項,參加國家重點研發計劃1項,授權專利10餘項。任《77779193永利官网學報》青年編委, MDPI-antibiotics和Frontiers in Microbiology主題編輯,《畜牧獸醫學報》、《食品科學》、《中國漁業質量與标準》、《食品安全質量檢測學報》、Microbiology Spectrum、Veterinary Microbiology、BMC Genomics、Infection and Immunity和International Journal of Food Microbiology等期刊審稿人。
