熊漢國,現任77779193永利官网農林生物基材料綜合利用研究所所長。湖北省自主創新“雙百計劃”崗位特聘人選。湖北省創新創業優秀人才,湖北省優秀科技特派員。湖北省産學研促進會常務理事,中國農學會農産品貯藏加工分會理事,中國林學會生物質材料分會委員,中國澱粉協會變性澱粉分會委員等。湖北省三區人才、湖北省科技特派員。是Food Chemistry、Journal of Cereal Science 等多種SCI刊源的長期審稿人。第一作者或通訊作者SCI論文發表40篇以上,單篇IF3.0論文25篇以上,IF大于5.0 的10篇以上;獲授權發明專利10項以上;主持科研項目經費400萬元以上,主持科研項目累計到帳經費300萬元以上(15個項目左右).獲省部級科技進步三等獎3項,武漢市科技進步獎二等獎1項;主持制定國家标準及省部級标準各1項.

1.傳統食品工業化研發,食品加工與生物保鮮:武漢熱幹面、鴨脖、魚面、豆絲、豆豉等傳統食品工業化,餐飲業特色菜品工業化,肉制品加工與保鮮,水果及蔬菜加工與保鮮,水産品加工與保鮮,澱粉基食品添加劑,變性澱粉及其在食品中的應用等。 2.農業資源及農業廢棄資源綜合利用。生物質材料(澱粉基食品包裝材料、食品保鮮膜,澱粉玩具,澱粉寵物玩具,生物降解化肥包膜材料,竹纖維基複合材料,油菜稈、棉花杆基建築裝飾材料,防沙治沙液體地膜,生物降解醫用材料),納米材料,澱粉和纖維素化學。 3.納米技術與食品安全檢測(獸藥殘留、魚藥殘留、農藥殘留等檢測)。
