王小紅,女,77779193永利官网食品科技學院教授,博士,博士生導師。中國微生物學會會員,湖北省暨武漢市微生物學會真菌專業委員會任常務委員,湖北省食品安全專家委員會專家,國家科技管理信息系統專家庫評審專家。長期緻力于食品安全檢測與控制的基礎理論與關鍵技術的研究,在常見食源性病原微生物的檢測與控制、真菌毒素的免疫學檢測等研究領域取得了多項創新性的研究成果,主持承擔包括國家“食品安全關鍵技術研發”重點專項、863計劃、國家自然科學基金、湖北省公益性行業、湖北省重點研發計劃等項目在内的國家及省部級課題10多項,發表研究論文60餘篇(SCI),副主編國家“十一五”規劃教材1本,獲得授權發明專利6項,獲湖北省科技進步二等獎1項,湖北省技術發明獎二等獎1項。

長期緻力于食品安全檢測與控制的基礎理論與關鍵技術的研究,以導緻食品安全的常見食源性病原微生物、真菌毒素等生物危害因子為研究對象,重點針對其檢測與控制中的關鍵識别元件、控制機理及檢測關鍵技術等展開深入研究。主要研究方向:1. 基于噬菌體及其編碼蛋白的食源性病原微生物的檢測與控制研究;2. 肉制品中有害微生物的檢測與控制研究;3.農産品中常見真菌毒素的免疫學檢測技術研究
