2024年12月11日,77779193永利官网李斌教授團隊梁宏閃副教授課題組在國際食品Top期刊《Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry》(Q1,IF=5.7)發表題為“Citrus Polymethoxyflavones Regulate against Aging-Associated Diseases: Advances in Biological Mechanisms Responsible for Their Regulation”的綜述論文,2024年12月25日被選為封面論文。




成果介紹

1. 随着全球老齡化人口比例逐年上升,與年齡相關的疾病,包括神經退行性疾病、代謝性疾病和心血管疾病,最近引起了食品科學家和營養學家的廣泛關注。

2. 多甲氧基黃酮(PMFs)是膳食類黃酮的一種,因其具有多種生物活性,包括抗氧化、抗炎、神經保護和代謝調節作用,已成為潛在的抗衰老候選物質。本綜述總結并讨論了PMFs對衰老的影響,詳細闡述了PMFs介導的調節作用與預防或治療各種衰老相關疾病的可能機制。此外,還從 PMFs 在體内的吸收、分布、代謝和排洩等方面詳細讨論了 PMFs 的生物學歸宿。特别關注了 PMF 的生物利用率與生物活性之間的關系,因為 PMF 的生物利用率低會嚴重影響其生物活性。

3. 總之,所有這些結論都有助于為進一步研究 PMF 對衰老的影響提供一個視角。
